Eligibility
- ▸Membership requires a completed initial full-service detail prior to enrollment
- ▸New & well-maintained vehicles receive the initial detail at a discounted rate
- ▸Membership is per vehicle — each vehicle enrolled is billed separately
- ▸One active membership per vehicle at a time — upgrades welcome anytime
Billing
- ▸Recurring billing begins the month after your initial detail is completed
- ▸Auto-pay required — receipts delivered to your inbox each cycle
- ▸To pause or cancel, notify us at least two weeks before your next billing date
- ▸Pause available once per year — one billing period only
- ▸No cancellation fees — ever
Scheduling
- ▸Book by phone, text, or online during shop hours (Tue–Sat, 8am–6pm)
- ▸Members receive priority calendar access before general public bookings open
- ▸Royal Bee members hold two reserved slots per month
- ▸Missed appointments not rescheduled within the billing period are forfeited
- ▸24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid forfeiture of that visit
Fair Use & Upcharges
- ▸Membership visits are designed for regularly maintained vehicles
- ▸Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive pet hair, mud, bodily fluids, etc.) may incur an additional fee — we'll always notify you before proceeding
- ▸Upcharges are assessed at drop-off — never applied after service without consent
- ▸Add-on services (odor treatment, stain removal, etc.) available at discounted member rates
