**Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC Service Agreement**

By booking or using Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC’s services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC (“Contractor”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

**Cancellation Policy**

At Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC, we strive to accommodate your needs and understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility, we have the following cancellation policy:

**More than 24 hours’ notice: ** No cancellation fee
**Less than 24 hours’ notice: ** We appreciate as much notice as possible, but no cancellation fee will be applied. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of the need to cancel or reschedule.

**Flexible Rescheduling**

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on our availability and current schedule.

**Emergency Situations**

We recognize that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or special situation, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative without applying any cancellation fees.

**Our Commitment**

Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. We will notify you promptly in such cases and offer alternative scheduling options.

Gift certificate appointments are subject to the same cancellation policy.

**Late Arrival**

Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to arrive up to 120 minutes late. Job schedules may be tight, and traffic can impact arrival times. We ask for your patience and understanding regarding potential delays.

**Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality**

By booking our services, you agree to provide Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC personnel with access and keys to your vehicle for auto-related services such as detailing, ceramic coating, tinting, wrap, wet sanding, and other cosmetic enhancement services. We strive to perform services to a high standard, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. We are not liable for concerns raised thereafter or if you do not participate in the final inspection.

**Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation of Liability**

We will document pre-existing damage but are not liable for pre-existing conditions. If damage occurs under our care, you will be notified. We provide no guarantees or warranties. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

**Fees, Service Terms & Payment**

The fee for our services is the “Total Cost” indicated when you book online. If the job exceeds the estimate by over 20%, additional fees will be confirmed with you. Payment is due upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid. You agree to pay Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC’s collection costs if applicable.

**Safety**

You must disclose any harmful substances in the vehicle prior to detailing. You are responsible for any health or safety issues arising from your vehicle.

**Feedback, Termination & Governing Law**

We welcome your feedback! By booking our services, you agree that Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC may use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you object in writing. This agreement is governed by the laws of Maryland.

By booking and using Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC’s services, you certify that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are 18+ years of age. You agree to indemnify and hold Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement.

**I Understand That**

– Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work.
– Your payment to Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.
– Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
– If the job takes 20% longer than anticipated, we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $50 per half hour on top of the total cost, at the discretion of our employees (We will ask you before proceeding with the extra charge).
– All Sales Are Final. Any exceptions or alterations to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC management.

Busy Bee Auto Spa – Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of all Busy Bee Auto Spa gift cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

All Gift Card purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
No cash refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for unused balances.

2. Redemption & Service Eligibility

Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively for services provided by Busy Bee Auto Spa LLC.

Eligible for redemption:

Mobile auto detailing services

In-shop window tinting

In-shop ceramic coating

Interior cleaning, exterior services, add-ons, upgrades

Monthly/quarterly maintenance packages

Location rules:

Mobile services are available within 30 miles of Towson, Maryland.

Window tinting and ceramic coating services are in-shop only at our designated service location.

Busy Bee Auto Spa reserves the right to decline mobile service outside the designated radius.

3. Gift Cards Have No Expiration Date

Gift Cards and bonus credit do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.

4. Bonus Credit (Holiday Promotions & Limited-Time Offers)

From time to time, Busy Bee Auto Spa may issue bonus credit on qualifying purchases.

Bonus credit has no cash value.

Bonus credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Bonus credit may be used toward any eligible service but cannot be redeemed for cash, gratuity, or merchandise.

Bonus credit is applied automatically by GiftUp during promotional periods.

Promotional bonus credit may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

Busy Bee Auto Spa reserves the right to modify or end promotional bonus programs at any time.

5. Partial Redemptions & Remaining Balances

Any remaining balance after a service will be stored electronically and may be applied to future services.

Busy Bee Auto Spa is not responsible for:

Tracking balances across third-party platforms

Lost, deleted, or inaccessible Gift Card emails

Failure to present Gift Card information at time of service

Customers are responsible for retaining their Gift Card email or code for redemption.

6. Non-Transferability

Gift Cards may be gifted to others prior to first use, but once partially redeemed, the remaining balance becomes associated with the original user/account and cannot be transferred.

7. Not Redeemable for Cash

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds, except where required by law.

Gift Card value may not be applied toward:

Tips or gratuity

Taxes, if applicable

Merchandise or products (unless allowed by future policy updates)

8. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

Busy Bee Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or misused Gift Cards or codes.
Replacement, at our discretion, may require proof of purchase and identity verification.

9. Fraud Prevention

Busy Bee Auto Spa reserves the right to:

Reject any Gift Card suspected of fraud

Limit service redemption if the Gift Card or bonus credit was obtained improperly

Require identification or proof of purchase before applying a balance

Unauthorized resale of Busy Bee Auto Spa Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.

10. No Guarantee of Service Availability

Redemption is subject to appointment availability.
Gift Cards do not guarantee the immediate availability of any service, date, or time slot.

Busy Bee Auto Spa reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or operational areas at any time.

11. Modification of Terms

Busy Bee Auto Spa may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all Gift Cards, including previously purchased ones.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
